Photo shows lead but description says jacketed?

The CCI Sub-Sonic HP .22 Long Rifle 40 grain Jacketed Hollow Point Rimfire Ammunition is a lead hollow point bullet. There is no jacket, the product page is being updated.

Can this ammo be used in the Henry AR-7?

Yes, this ammo can be used in a Henry AR-7 rifle however, it may not cycle properly since this ammo is sub-sonic.
