This is what the manufacturer states regarding gas block compatibility with Centurion Arms CMR M-LOK Handguard, .308/7.62. "IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE - Currently The Centurion Arms gas block is the only one that Centurion Arms can guarantee to fit under the CMR. This is due to the CMR's extreme low profile."
