Using adapters with adapters can be dangerous as there are too many factors that could lead to failure. We would strongly recommend instead going with the 12ga version of the adapter here: https://www.opticsplanet.com/chiappa-firearms-chiappa-x-caliber-12ga-357-38-gauge-adapter-insert.html and just swap adapters depending on what you want to shoot.
