The Choate Tool Stevens 320 Magazine Extension Matte is designed for 12 gauge models. I recommend contacting Choate Tool to confirm compatibility.

It appears that there is a small hole in the end of the magazine tube. Is this for the installation of a sling swivel?

That is used to install a sling swivel stud if desired.
