presuming these will work with the similar Target Master conversion by now MIA tacticalindustries.us.? same with the CMMGmk4LE upper, compatible?

The CMMG, Inc 22ARC Barrel Collar Assembly should work fine with the CMMG MK4 LE Upper but fitment with the Tactical Industries conversion kit cannot be guaranteed. I recommend contacting CMMG to confirm compatibility.

I own CMMG 22L Bravo conversion & mags. Buying ARC Collar + CMMG Mk4LE 22LR Upper. Is anything else req'd for full function? Any LE discount?

With all those components, you should have no issuing firing it. LE discount can be applied when ordering with our customer service reps.

No, this is only for use on the Atchison style conversion bolts, such as CMMG and Tactical Solutions.
