I don't know the specific lower you are referring to, but this kit will build out the lower fully. If you have a stripped lower this will complete the lower. You would still need the buffer tube, buffer spring, and buffer itself, but that's a separate classification. Hopefully this helps.

This felt like a standard Mil-Spec trigger. I like the way it feels, but a standard, or enhanced Mil-Spec trigger is all I normally need.
