So to be clear. this does not require a traditional buffer system? i will be able to run it with a 1913 brace instead of the buffer tube and spring?

Yes. No buffer tube needed. More like a blowback ar9 or newer scar-h style charging handle and nothing towards the rear to move or rotate.

The charging handle doesn’t move once you’re locked and cocked. Really cool system and feels like a 22lr in recoil impulse compared to my ar15’s.
