Will this work with the Adams arms piston kit with railed gas block? Using pistol length piston kit, need 4 inch handguard.

The manufacturer doesn't state if it will work with a Piston Driven AR, but does state it will work with most Mil-Spec receivers. Since piston driven systems are not technically Mil-Spec I would say no this CMMG, Inc AR-15 Handguard Kit will not be compatible. But I recommend contacting the manufacturer to confirm.

Will this replace my standard plastic hand guard with A2 sight on my cmmg m4 le? I would like to stay with cmmg, if I can to add 45deg offset sights.

This attaches using a barrel nut, that is included. Yes it will fir tour rifle, but it is designed for their Banshee models.

If the Gun model body is of AR 15 model it will work.
