Who makes these barrels for cmmg?

CMMG does not state if they produce their own barrels or are made by another manufacturer. I recommend contacting CMMG for that information.

Is this a heavy barrel ? I live in Maryland so state laws require me to have a heavy barrel.

Will this barrel work with a standard forged ar15 upper with forward assist and will the feed ramps line up. Keep in mind I'm not using a ar10 lower.

a 350 Legend is not an ar10 caliber. it uses a .556 bolt carrier group and all. no mods need to be done to the upper or lower. only thing is you have to have magazines that are 350 legend specific because of the straight wall cartridge. Duramag sells them. most have M4 feed ramps. the faxon 350 barrel is the only one I know of that has a big bore barrel extension. This barrel will work with any milspec ar15 upper and lower with m4 feed ramps.

What is the thread pitch on this barrel? What is the gas block size needed for this barrel.

The thread pitch on this barrel is 1/2x28, and the gas block journal diameter is .750".
