Does it have1/2x28 barrel thread?

Every CMMG, Inc ENDEAVOR 100 Series Upper Receiver Group will come with 1/2x28 threads except for the upper chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor and .308.

Will this assembly match up to my dpms ar 15 carbine lower? Is a rifle length buffer neccasary?

The CMMG, Inc ENDEAVOR 100 Series Upper Receiver Group will fit to your DPMS AR15 lower. I would recommend using a rifle length buffer although it may not be entirely necessary. Use your current setup as is with this upper and if you are experiencing any feeding issues, jams, etc. then step down to an H1 buffer.

Yes, it includes a BCG and CMMG mil-spec charging handle.

Will these Endeavor 100 Series Uppers interchange with the CMMG MK3 Endeavor 300 Series: Model 65A9F7E in 6.5 Creedmoor? If so, what magazine?

If you already have the CMMG MK3 Endeavor 300 Series Model 65A9F7E in 6.5 Creedmoor, the Endeavor 100 Series in .308 or 6.5 Creedmoor will match up. It will still accept AR10-style magazines.
