I thought there were no restrictions to owning an otf knife in ohio. What is different about cobratek otf knives that challenge this?

There isn’t one in Colorado either, as they are sold at the local gun shows and such. But I had to fill one out also. I believe it is just a general waiver, for them to have the “CYA” factor.
