It is belt mountable and MOLLE compatible. Can mount vertically or horizontally on belts 1.5 “-2.25”, and horizontally on MOLLE.

Does it come with the molle straps to attach to my molle rig?

The High Speed Gear Reflex IFAK Kit comes with Molle Compatible webbing but you would need to purchase Molle straps to attach it.

The two-piece design of the Carrier and Med Roll System allows this to be a rip away system.

The ReFlex Carrier is what will mount to your belt or MOLLE system. The ReFlex Med Roll will slide in and out of the carrier. But, be aware, the Carrier is not elastic or Velcro and will not flex or open up, so don't over pack your IFAK supplies in the Med Roll.
