I asked the manufacturer, they said it will fit without issue. You'll just need to swap the OEM mount for a Trijicon carry handle mount kit.

Obviously not..a carry handle takes up virtually all the rail space of the upper receiver..unless you have a quad rail, (or at least a Pic rail section on the top of your handguard), but why would you? Also, the eye relief on these are like an acog...which is very little eye relief.
