It includes 42 No Glow LED’s with Max Image Silence Capture reduces game spooking noise while illuminating the 58° field-of-view up to 100-feet from the camera to deliver exceptional 32MP images and true 1080P video files. They do not specify if this camera can see through fog, but the LED's will help.

A simple and easy-to-adjust user interface provides a variety of settings that allow users to custom configure their camera settings. There is no specification stating the cameras are IR.

How many memory cards do you need and do they come with it

It does not include the microsd cards, it can take up to 32GB SD Card.
