are the batteries rechargeable or do they wear out after 4 hours and u have to buy new ones?

The batteries aren't rechargeable and we don't suggest using rechargeable batteries with our lasers. After approximately 4 hours of constant on time, they would need to be replaced.

Yes. While the 329PD has a Scandium alloy frame, it isn't a K-Frame revolver.
