The 1/10 mil is in between 1/4 and 1/2 moa. 1/10 Mil Rad is .36 inches at 100 yards while 1/4 moa is .25 inches.

Apples and oranges. If you want MOA values select the MOA measurement system model. If you want values in MIL equivalent of MOA, you'll be setting yourself up for a difficult and tedious future, with conversions for every shot / distance you take, in my opinion. Recommend get a ballistics calculator app and stick to one system. It won't matter if it's MILs or MOA...just don't convert or continually try to equate the two.
