Yes, the Crimson Trace CTS-1250 3.25 MOA Red Dot Sight uses the Docter/Noblex optic footprint, which is compatible with the Vortex Viper adapter plate included with your Canik.
The Crimson Trace CTS-1250 3.25 MOA Red Dot Sight uses the Docter/Noblex mounting footprint. To mount it to a S&W 659 you will need a compatible dovetail mounting plate. We currently do not have a compatible mounting plate for that gun.
