No, they are not marked. But as Chris said HBAR marking is not required in some places. Best to consult the State Police or an Attorney. If you feel you must have an HBAR marking, Centurion is the only barrel maker that I have come across that stamps a barrel that is not in a complete rifle. I will say that DDs rifles with S2W barrels have seen approval in some states that require a heavy barrel and that barrel is not marked HBAR or heavy.
