I recommend contacting Crossman/ Benjamin in regard to why the Crosman Benjamin Recharge Compressor cannot fill tanks larger than 6.8 liters.

any idea how long it would take to fill a 13cu ft. scuba tank.. and does it need a rest after each fill... i.e. if i was looking to fill 20 bottles..

This will not work for that. This is for Airgun/Paintball Cylinders and tanks only (less than 6.8L).
