The manufacturer does not state the dimensions of the Cross Armory Weighted Base Plate +0 Magazine Extensions. For that information I recommend contacting the manufacturer.

This is a weighted base plate. Why are they bragging about how light it is? Is it hollow? I'm looking for a base plate that has some weight to it.

Correct. This Cross Armory Weighted Base Plate will not add any additional ammunition capacity to your magazine.
