I called Cry Havoc and spoke with Jim the owner. He stated that this fits the Aero Precision M5 upper making it HIGH profile. He also stated that it will work with both the QD or std barrel attachment.

It doesn't even say on Cry Havoc's website. You can email them and ask, I won't as it seems this is meant to be used with their quick detach system which I'm not interested in.
