The Cryptic .223/5.56/.300 AAC Blackout Left Hand Bolt Carrier Groups will work with a Mil-Spec dimension Stag Arms Left Handed Upper Receiver.

Can I take the 556 bolt assembly out of this carrier group and replace it with a 7.62x39 cryptic bolt assembly?

You should be able to change out the bolt in the Cryptic .223/5.56/.300 AAC Blackout Left Hand Bolt Carrier Group - Complete.
