Daniel Defense does not state if the Daniel Defense DD M4 Rail can be used with low profile piston systems. Daniel Defense states that it is compatible with low profile gas blocks and has an inside diameter of 1.08". So if you specific piston system has less than a 1.08" height then it might fit but I recommend contacting Daniel Defense to confirm.
