Do you sell the mount without the swivel attachment?

No, Daniel Defense does not currently offer it without the swivel.

The photo of the DD sling mount on optics planet looks different than the stock photo on Daniel Defense's website. Is the one you carry a older model?

Manufacturers do not always notify us or send us updated images when they make changes to a particular product. As a result, sometimes our images may not be of the most recent version of the item. Despite the images, we are carrying the most recent version of this sling attachment point. I apologize for the confusion.

Will this attach to a key mod rail?

It will not attach directly, but would use an adapter, such as this made-in-the USA UTG Pro product:

The adapter attaches to the Keymod slot, and the accessory attaches to the adapter.
