Will this work with a complete aero M5 18inch upper, with a complete lower aero M5 carbine

Yes. Our heavy buffer will with work with your Aero M5 upper. There is a bit of tuning required when building a rifle. You will want to make sure you have the right amount of gas in relation to your buffer weight and buffer spring.
