Item shows DA428 but description shows silencer co fitment. I would like to know if this item will fit dead air primal suppressor?

When suppressor manufacturers decided to standardize a suppressor mounting system, they chose the SilencerCo Omega300 which uses their Bravo mount because of its popularity and is now known as the HUB (hybrid universal base) mount. Any suppressor that lists itself as HUB-compatible will accept this device including the Dead Air Primal.

Will this fit Otter Creek polo-K?

Yes, hub mount has gone standard with 1.375-24 threading. You should be able to remove the mount on Polonium K and then thread in a Key-Mo adapter.
