Get yourself the Accu-Washer Muzzle Device Alignment System by Precision Armament. In stock here at Optics Planet. code 35X-MZD-AWMAS-A02119.
Your issues with muzzle device installation will be over. Torque muzzle device to at least 40 lb. ft. (50 is best), no Rocksett or Loctite.
