Will this fit the xd sub compact??

The Defender Series by Crimson Trace Springfield Armory XD/XDm-Accu-Guard Laser Sight should work with the XD Sub Compact model as long as it has a rail.

Will it fit in the same holsters where the lg-448 does?

Unfortunately the DS-123 won't fit in the same holster as the LG-448 since the dimensions vary too much between the two models.

Yes, it fits Springfield Armory XD, XD Mod.2 and XD(M) pistols with modern accessory rail. It should also fit the XD-M Elite OSP, as the Elite's changes from the XDM are limited to the XD-M Elite trigger, extended and flared magwell, ambi slide stop and enhanced slide serrations.
