Is this compatible with 6.5mm creedmoore ammunition?

Probably, as Sharps use to offer them, for sale on their website for the 25-45 Sharps, which is a slightly smaller diameter than the 6.5 Creedmore. Sharps no longer sells them. Probably due to Diamondhead's lack of product availability. Make sure the threads are compatible. These are 5/8x24.

No, this muzzle brake is 5/8x24 threaded.
