When selecting a version of this handguard, what does Threaded vs Non-Threaded mean?

The threaded version has holes to attach side and bottom rails, the non-threaded does not.

Will this work with a Aero precision M5 upper high profile rail?

This is a DPMS Low Profile handguard, so it will not line up with the top rail on the Aero Precision M5 upper receiver.

I have an AR in 9mm is the correct handguard for it?

The barrel length is what matters more than the caliber. This is 10.25" handguard so as long as you have a barrel long enough, it will work.
