What is the distance between top of rail to center of scope for this scope mount, for low med high? Not knowing this prevents me from buying this

According to DNZ the DNZ Tikka T3 Scope Tube Mounts have the following heights. Height of mounts from top of receiver to centerline of scope tube is low .94″, medium 1.06″, and high 1.19″.

So high is low mount? Medium mount? And high mount? I assume we are talking about distance from top of rifle barrel to bottom of scope tube ??

DNZ does not provide specific height measurements, however low fits scopes up to 40mm, medium fits scopes from 42mm up to some 50mm scopes, high is for most 50mm and up to 56mm scopes.
