Will this mount to a 1913 base plate at the back of the receiver?

No, this will mount directly to the receiver and will not be able to attach to a 1913 picatinny rail.

Does this come with mounting bolts? If so, what size and thread pattern.

The fine folks at Doublestar confirm that the mounting bolts are included, and they are 10-32 threads, and are 1/2" in length.

Does this include the "BOSS" as indicated in the picture? I will be needing that since I am wanting to attach this to a Yugo Receiver Block on my NPAP

This is the version without the boss. Unfortunately we do not carry the version with the boss at this time.

When in the open (unfolded) position, how deep is this? In other words, how much length does it add to the OAL of whatever weapon it's on?
