DPM does not specify an amount of recoil reduction, please contact them directly for more information.

I can't vouch for it but I found a chart on zahal.org showing a 53% reduction for this item vs OEM.

I have one of these in every pistol I own...From home defense to competition. In my opinion better shooters will definitely have an advantage with these springs. The better your recoil management the softer it feels. Unfortunately If you’re not very good at controlling recoil then these will do very little for felt recoil.
