Gavin NO this barrel will not fit a beretta PX4 40cal as that model has a rotating locking block this barrel is for standard beretta 96fs & 96A1 40Cal models how ever if you google Efk fire dragon & go directly to their website they have the px4 40Cal barrel that is made for your pistol hope this info helps you & other beretta fans! have a good day stay safe Daniel
