Will the screws fit stoeger m3000? Says on egw website that sku 40600 works but need "red bag of screws"

The info I was able to find from Stoeger says the correct model for the M3000 is: KK-G5-HMRXP1-80210
Also it states that it is compatible with rifles that have serial #'s after 1368845. If your rifle precedes that # you need #6-48 screws which are here: 37E-RA-RPLCK-306-26

What is the difference between the 20 MOA and the 0 MOA. How do I decide between the two?

20 MOA rails are angled down slightly to give your scope more field of view at longer distances. If you ever plan on shooting past 500 yards then it'd be smart to get a 20 MOA base. If you never plan on going past that then you can get away with a 0 MOA scope.
