Will it fit my PSA AK V9 with a folding stock ?

The PSA AK V9 has an overall length of 26.5". If you have a folding stock it may fit in the Elite Survival Systems STEALTH Covert Operations Backpack since the largest pocket is around 25".

How long is the diagonal of the largest interior compartment? I am trying to figure out if it would fit a 26.5 inch AR pistol if the gun is diagonal.

It would not fit. The tallest part of the compartment is roughly 25 inches so with your AR pistol being 26.5 inches it will be 1.5 inches too tall for it to fit.

If it can fit in the dimensions of the bag. The bag dimensions are Dimensions: 25" x 12" x 9" if it is within that it can fit. If it is not then it will not fit.

Will the back pack fit an ar15 broken down with 18in barrel?

It probably won't fit, the length of the bag is 25" in the longest compartment, and the 18" barrel plus the about 7" receiver is already at around 25" without factoring in the length of your muzzle device. If you have a short muzzle device, you might be able to angle it in and make it fit.
