The difference is that the le/ml version is probably fusion nv the civi is just regular nv but mil is fusion nv if you haven't heard fusion is a mix between thermal overlay and nvg so every person you can select the amount of thermal or red orange overlay on the person or vehicles its a huge leap forward the mil is more expensive also

Next step up is fusion tech which is basically a combo of NV and Thermal but the real difference is in who pays for them. Honestly even most LE won’t get to use these.
