What do each of the lines on the reticle represent in MOA?

This scope has 80 MOA windage and 100 MOA elevation adjustments.

What is the edtech warranty like? Comparable to vortex or burris?

These scopes have a limited lifetime warranty which is in line with most other major manufacturers.

Is this a zero stop turrets ?

You can re-index the zero of the turret dial but it is not zero-stop.
