Does the OD Green rail covers match Magpul furniture in color?

Can these be cut to fit a shorter rail that has two or three slots?

Will these work with my Troy VTAC hand rail on my S&W M&P 15 VTAC 2 rifle? If not are there any like these that will work with that hand rail?

If your handguard in M-Lock, then yes they will work.
