EGW has specific Ignition kits for the Prodigy, you just need to get the kit with the SKU ending in -P. The Prodigy is picky and requires a short sear and different sear spring.

Okay, but OP says in the description on this item " This ignition kit is a great upgrade for the Springfield Prodigy." bad thing on their part.
