The image shown on EGW's website shows it has a slight lip on the front and the rear bosses removed, while OP's does not. Which style will I receive?

I'm the original poster of the question. I ended up ordering it and I received the newer style/version with the two rear posts/bosses removed, and the front of the mount has the slight lip. The top of the mount has the part number, "49412", stamped. It fits my Holosun EPS Carry really well.

No, you would need one of our mounts with the Docter footprint (SKU 49316)
