I'm late to the party, but I hope some people see this comment. This is nothing but a repurposed electric guitar stand which can be purchased for about $10 with free shipping from well known online vendors. I play guitar ( have 15 guitars) and have 3 of these stands and I can tell you for sure this is what Excalibur is selling, just with a different label. There, I saved you over $20.
