Yes, that includes the bolt and firing pin.

Only the Boron Matte BCG is Nickel Boron. That is the one that is listed at ~$190, and it is non-NATO spec (not full-auto rated). The ~$140 dollar one is Nitrided, and so is the black NATO one, while all the other bolts offer various coatings which are neither.
