No, it's not universal. this is for small framed rifles such as 223/556/300 black out. for a 308 or 6.5 you will want a BDR or UDR 10.
15 designates small
10 designates large frame.

No, this is not universal. this is for a 235/556/300 blackout etc. Not for a 308, or large caliber. F1 uppers come in 2 designations, BDR/UDR 15, or BDR/UDR 10.
The 15 at the end is for small calibers, the 10 at the end is for large calibers. I have built many of these rifles and this os the distinguishing factor.
