If you mean the PTR then yes it should. I own nearly all HK Mp5s including the Sp89,SP94 SP5 and 5k and every clone except the AP5 although I don't use braces ( too much of a grey area) I form 1 or SBR all my subguns or rifles. But the end cap for a mp5 is the same no matter what type of stock or brace. When fitting a Hk railed stock to my PTR 603 I had to sand and dremel a bit of the back of the PTR not much mostly the finish. But it fit I found most of my clones are like (POF, MKE and PTR) that you need to do a bit of lite fitting to install some items.
