Yes it can. Simply take off the part that slide down and attach the Torso directly onto the Pole

How tall do these stand and what size is the target?

The height is 1.4m/4.6'. The target itself is 64cm/25.1" tall and 34cm/13.3" wide. They are also 8.5mm/0.3" thick.
