I own tpods that rotate and cant for minor uneven surfaces, does this rotate only or does it also cant? the canting requires the use of a bubble level

It rotates and can be level on uneven ground. the aluminum part of the legs is adjustable

The FAB Defense T-POD G2 Rotating Tactical Foregrip & Bipod is compatible with picatinny/1913 rails. It is not compatible with M-LOK.

will this mount to a MP Smith Wesson ar15 sport II

The FAB Defense T-POD G2 Rotating Tactical Foregrip & Bipod mounts to picattiny rail. So if your Smith and Wesson M&P15 has a picatinny handguard the FAB Defense T-POD G2 Rotating Tactical Foregrip & Bipod could be mounted to it. If your M&P15 has an MLOK handguard you will need a picatinny rail adapter like the one at the link below to mount the FAB Defense T-POD G2 Rotating Tactical Foregrip & Bipod.
