Yes, but only if you have the stock on the 2 closest notches. I ended up taking the cheek piece off because it was too high. They sell the same thing without the cheek piece. It’s a nice stock that works fine without the cheek piece.

You may have to remove the cheek piece to move the charging handle.

Jim, According to Fab Defense this will not fit an AR15, go to there website and click on their description, that's the way I read it

My understanding is that the cheek riser piece needs to be removed for AR-15s
