I have a Fab Def. Mag Stock, and Any AR mag that works with my standard Mil-spec Lower's magwell, fits and locks-in just the same into the stock. From brands (better built) 10rnd'rs to 20rnd Lancers, various 30s, 40rnd P-Mags, to Magpul D-60 Drum-Mags! LOL!!

As a buyer I can honestly say it will hold any mag, but the length of anything over a 10rd you will need to consider that extra mag length sticking down into your armpit area possibly getting caught up on a vest or plate carrier, or things attached to them. Whatever you decide - think of it this way, even 10 extra rounds right there at hands reach, is a comforting thought.

It will hold 30's but it does alter the balance considerably. You do you though

A 30-round magazine makes it back Heavy, and awkward to handle. Tens and 20s work the best.

Yes it will hold a 30rd magazine, but it’s only ment to be 10 rounder to be flush with the bottom of the buttstock.
