Is this compatible with the original Cobray CM203 that came on the Colt SP1 HBAR?, I have the launcher itself i just don't have the mounting hardware

Yes, the FAB Defense M203 Standalone Conversion Kit should work fine with the Cobray CM203.

Standard 40mm?

The grenade launcher is not included, this is just a frame to mount it on, however it is designed for the 40mm M203 grenade launcher.
